A Busy Update

We have not been able to update our blog in a couple of weeks. Stefany is very busy with work as she is currently doing the work of 3 nurses. And with the semester winding down, my free time seems to have gone away as well. This does not mean that we have stopped living life, it is just that we stopped telling people about it. So here is a summary of some random events.

1. We went shopping to pick out the perfect gift for my sisters and niece. And so of course we went to the two best places to shop H & M and the streets. After purchasing those gifts, we were walking down Broadway and noticed a few guys selling what looked like either the best fake designer bags or stolen ones. As we were walking passed we heard of them say "Cops" and they quickly picked up all of the bags and left rather quickly. They lay the bags across sheets so they can pick up the 4 corners and leave whenever necessary. On the way home we stopped by Gray's Papaya.

We did have the Recession Special.

2. We decided to have a nice meal for Easter/Passover weekend. Now this is not that easy to do with an oven. Lucky for me I have brilliant wife, she pointed out that we could have Hawaiian Hay stacks. For dessert we wanted to have something appropriate for Passover. So on the way home from cleaning the church I picked up some Kosher Ice cream.

3. For Christmas my Mom gave us this wonderful gift tile which states "Joy in the Journey". Well clumsy Andy bumped the bookshelf where it was kept and it crashed to the ground. I picked up the pieces and was about the throw them away, but I had a brilliant idea. This idea was to glue it back together, as you can see this was very successful.

It is back up on display
