Where We've Been . . .

It has been two months since I have posted on the blog. This is where we've been and what we've been doing:

Andy- Andy has been working hard at his job. He has been running 4 intramural sports leagues as well as playing on a soccer team at work. His team recently came in second at the tournament and he may have scored a goal or two along the way. He also has helped out the Young Women's Basketball team in our Ward by coaching a practice for them.

Stefany- I was called to be the Young Women Secretary in our Ward at the beginning of March. I have been keeping busy attending Presidency Meetings, writing up the Newsletters, putting together monthly calendars, attending Mutual, and teaching YW lessons. I spend most days running around the house taking care of the kids, feeding them, changing them and cuddling with them. Sometimes there is time to cook and clean, but most of the time there is not.

Macy- Macy is learning and growing everyday. She knows lots of new words and is working on using them to communicate her wants and needs. She is full of lots of smiles and giggles and brightens our home with her cheerful singing. Before bed Andy and I often talk about Macy and laugh about all the adorable things she did that day.

Nick and Zack- The boys are getting so big. They are working on trying to sit on their own so that they will have all the skills needed to try some rice cereal soon. They love to play with toys and cuddle with their blankets. They love to smile and giggle too (we have some very happy kids) and enjoy playing with their sister. They keep their Mama super busy, but I wouldn't trade a second of it.

Yesterday was Easter. We got up, got ready, and made it to Church (almost) on time. I taught a lesson and the boys kept Andy (and a few good Samaritans) busy during that time. We came home, took naps, had dinner with another family, Macy participated in her first Easter Egg Hunt, then we came home for Easter baskets (finally) and lots of pictures. It was a very busy day!

So that is a quick rundown of what has been happening at the Hendrickson home lately. If you don't hear back from us anytime soon it's because we are all having too much fun!
