Fun Family Weekend

This past weekend we spent the best three days ever together. We stayed in a hotel right by Central Park on Saturday and Sunday evening. We ate well, laughed a lot, played games, watched TV and spent some wonderful quality time together as a family. We tried out some new restaurants including Juniors and Cosmo Diner. Both were fabulous and I found out that I love pickled beets, who knew? We also found a Mexican restaurant that was the most similar to West Coast Mexican food that we have found so far in NYC. It was super yummy! Finally we ate at Dallas Bar-B-Que, one of our favorite restaurants we've been to since living in the city.

Here are some pictures of the room.

There was a sheer curtain that you walked through before entering the sleeping part of the room.

Andy and Macy enjoying the AC.

There were two large mirrors facing each other so you could see yourself reflected back and forth forever.

Macy is loving her life though you can't really tell from her expression. She just babbled the whole weekend. She was so happy to be out of the heat.

Our interesting sink.

This is the view from the shower. Can you see Macy on the bed? Yeah . . . kind of weird.

These two interesting pictures lit up and were bed side table lamps.

Here is one lamp although you can't see the picture in this shot.

Macy relaxing in bed. It was about two feet off the ground.

Macy loved our family weekend. Especially because she got to share the bed with Mommy and Daddy.

The three of us cuddling in bed. Macy is watching The Next Food Network Star.
